Septum typically achieves 400 injections without failure when used with HP-style needles and autosampler needle guide. Soft, 45 Durometer, septa are easy on autosampler needles. Also ideal for standard manual-injection GC and GC/MS. Selected sizes have CenterGuide™ design which have a recess on the injection side to guide the needle to the same point with every injection. The CenterGuide requires less force for initial penetration. Minimizes tearing and coring. Packaged in glass vials.
