Anti-ELOVL6 Antibody is suitable in ELISA, WB, and IHC. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band at ~29 - 31 kDa in size corresponding to ELOVL6 by Western blotting in the appropriate cell lysate or extract. Human brain tissue lysate may be used as positive control.
