The NGB buffer can stabilize the protein binding and provide pH neutralizing effect after acid treatment. NGB I is based on physically pre-treated BSA. NGB II is based on physically pre-treated and chemically modified BSA. NGB III is based on physically pre-treated and chemically modified casein.
