EconoScript reverse transcriptase (RT) is an RNA-dependent DNA polymerase ideal for use in RT-PCR and first-strand synthesis of complementary DNA (cDNA) for generation of cDNA libraries from single-stranded RNA, DNA, or RNA:DNA hybrids. EconoScript RT is engineered for decreased RNase H activity which enables synthesis of longer cDNAs (>5 kb).
