  • Rapid Vertical Flow HIV-1/2 Test
  • The Reveal® G4 HIV-1/2 tests are single-use, qualitative immunoassay to detect antibodies to Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1 (HIV-1) and Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 2 (HIV-2) in human serum or plasma. The Reveal® G4 Rapid HIV-1/2 Antibody Test is intended for a lab setting within the United States. Reveal® G4 is a manually performed, visually interpreted, rapid vertical flow immunoassay.  
  • Reveal® G4 LAB S/P features a built-in reagent and procedural control line, works with serum and plasma specimens, and requires no additional equipment. Test kits can be stored for 12 months at 2 to 30°C (35 to 85°F) and test controls (one HIV-1 positive/one HIV-2 positive/one HIV-1/2 negative) are available as an accessory.
  • Reveal® G4 is the fastest rapid test using MedMira Rapid Vertical Flow Technology, and studies have demonstrated that MedMira's rapid HIV test detects early infection better than other rapid tests and closely matches the performance of much more complicated enzyme immunoassay tests.
