VitroGel® YIGSR High Concentration is a tunable, xeno-free (animal origin-free) hydrogel system modified with laminin-derived functional peptide (YIGSR). YIGSR sequence resides on the laminin ß1 chain, which involves endothelial cell adhesion, cell proliferation and motility/migration. VitroGel® YIGSR High Concentration comes with either Type 1 or Type 2 VitroGel dilution solution to adjust the final hydrogel strength from 10 to 4000 Pa.

• TYPE 1 - contains sucrose for best osmolarity

• TYPE 2 - Sucrose-free formulation for cells sensitive to the sugar level in the medium
