Perfect Print® instantly develops permanent, black non-smearing, exceptionally clear prints without the mess associated with conventional fingerprint ink methods. This ink is non-toxic and will not dry out in the pad. Any ink residue left on the fingers is easily removed by rubbing the fingers together.
