NARK II Methamphetamine/MDMA Reagent
This reagent is designed to color react with the secondary amines present in both Methamphetamine and MDMA (Ecstasy). This presumptive field test will develop an IMMEDIATE (within 2 seconds) Dark Blue color as a positive reaction after breakage and agitation of the 3rd ampoule. If the color development is an immediate Pink slowly transforming to Lavender, you DO NOT have either Methamphetamine or MDMA. This color reaction suggests you should proceed to the #NARK2001 Marquis Reagent for either Amphetamines or analogs of MDMA (referred to as Letter Drugs). 10 tests/box. NARK Fentanyl Reagent presumptive test is designed to identify either Fentanyl or Acetyl-fentanyl which is commonly cut into Heroin or sold as a stand alone substance. Fentanyl is a fully synthetic opiate that falls under Schedule II in the Controlled Substance Act. NARK II Hemp/CBD Screening Test
This latest addition to our NARK II Product Line is a new screening test that enables you to determine if an unknown plant or oil substance has suspect low levels of THC and is a legal hemp/CBD product, or if it has suspect high levels of THC, and is considered an illegal, controlled substance. Sold in boxes of 10 tests. The new Hemp / CBD Detection Test lets you first screen the substance for suspect low levels vs suspect high levels of THC. If the substance tests positive for suspect high levels of THC, then you should test it using our NARK II Duquenois-Levine Reagent Presumptive Field Test (SKU: NARK2005) to determine if the substance tests positive for possible presence of certain chemical compounds associated with Marijuana. If the Hemp / CBD Detection Test indicates suspect low levels of THC, you should follow your department’s policy for further testing. This presumptive test is designed to identify THC in Marijuana. Court acceptance of the Duquenois-Levine Reagent has been established through Frye Hearings and is the singularly most reliable field test manufactured. To eliminate potential false positives, always agitate the 1st ampoule sixty (60) seconds before continuing with the 2nd and 3rd ampoules. Like all our NARK II narcotic field tests, the Duquenois-Levine Reagent is meant for presumptive field drug testing. 10 tests/box. NARK II Scott Reagent Modified (Cocaine Salts/ Base)
The Scott Reagent Modified is a presumptive test designed not only to identify Cocaine but to distinguish the difference between Cocaine HCl (powder) and Cocaine Base (crack or freebase). Cocaine HCl will dissolve a Blue solution in the first ampoule, where Cocaine Base will not dissolve and form Blue specks in a Pink solution. Both forms of Cocaine will develop a Pink solution in the 2nd ampoule and a Pink over Blue solution in the 3rd ampoule. To eliminate all false positives for other caine substances, watch for the specific bursting of Blue after the breakage of the 3rd ampoule, prior to the development of Pink over Blue.
